The LAX Oneworld Alliance Lounge is located past security in the Tom Bradley International Terminal (TBIT) so you will need a valid boarding pass. I am an American Airlines Executive Platinum so I have access to all the First Class and Business Class oneworld lounges. Access is also granted to oneworld Emeralds and Sapphires if you are flying on an oneworld airline.

Right as you enter the lounge, there is a cool plasma TV in the center and check-in was swift. The wifi password was provided at the desk.

The oneworld lounge was relatively quiet and there was plenty of space to lounge around. There were also Apple iMacs for use in case you didn’t bring your own laptop.

It was around 11am and news just broke that two bombs went off in Boston so the TV in the back was getting quite the attention. Around this time, lunch was being served at the lounge and consisted of hot soup, rice, pasta, asparagus  and a meat dish. There were also cold items such as salad, fruit, olives, and artichoke hearts.

This lounge had an extensive beverage bar with self serve alcoholic drinks in addition to non-alcoholic drinks.

I would highly recommend the LAX oneworld Alliance Lounge if you have the proper credentials to get in. The food was fantastic along with an extensive bar which makes time goes by super quick.
