Points Summary

American Airlines Admiral’s Club SCL Airport Lounge

The American Airlines Admiral’s Club at Santiago’s SCL International Airport is one of the few Admiral’s Clubs left in the South America network. Recently, many of the Admiral’s Club lounges in South America have been consolidated or closed down completely. I was travelling on LAN Airlines from Santiago to Lima and had access to this Oneworld lounge because I am an Executive Platinum member on American Airlines.

This lounge is also part of the LoungeClub network if you have membership. Unfortunately, Priority Pass membership is not accepted at the Admiral’s Club.

Check-in was pretty swift and the Wi-Fi code was displayed throughout the club.

The lounge was pretty empty as it was early in the morning. It looked just like any regular Admiral’s Club I’ve ever been to.

There was also a business center tucked away in the back corner of the club.

The breakfast spread consisted of cold meats, cheeses, pastries, small sandwiches, fruit, and chocolate cake.

Water, juice, and an espresso machine was available. More drinks were located in the small fridge beneath the breakfast spread.

I wasn’t very hungry, but I had a little bit of the meat, cheese, and a bite sized chocolate cake which was very good.
