New Martini Bar at the American Airlines LAX Flagship Lounge

My favorite domestic lounge besides the Centurion Lounges in Las Vegas and Dallas Fort Worth (DFW) is the American Airlines LAX Flagship Lounge. It’s almost never crowded and you feel like you’re in an exclusive club by being admitted. I’ve written about the LAX Flagship Lounge numerous times here, here, here, here, and here.

I’m currently writing this from the LAX Flagship Lounge and I’ve spent most of my day here waiting for my flight. It’s my favorite lounge at LAX and I can spend the whole day here. I definitely took advantage of the lunch and switchover to dinner offerings.

One thing that I noticed that was a new Martini bar being set up right next to the Flagship check-in desk. This is in addition to the self-serve alcoholic offerings near the buffet spread.

The Martini Bar menu features five unique cocktails and reads as follows:

There is even a table of lite bites (in addition to the normal buffet spread) to go with your martini. The lite bites include bleu cheese, sundried tomatoes, salami, and olives.

There was so much to choose from and the bartender recommended tonight’s feature which was the Talk of the Lounge martini drink. I went with the Talk of the Lounge and also sampled the appetizers. The martini was pretty strong, but felt refreshing like lemonade. The appetizers were also pretty good.

She also mentioned that the new Martini bar has been getting a lot of good feedback so far from guests. The Martini Bar is only open during the evening from 5:30pm to 11pm. I love it so far and highly recommend the Talk of the Lounge drink!

Have you been to the Martini Bar at the LAX Flagship Lounge yet?
