LAX Airport Star Alliance Business Class Lounge

There are three main airline alliance lounges at Los Angeles International Airport’s (LAX) Tom Bradley International Terminal (TBIT) and they are the Korean Airlines KAL Skyteam Lounge, oneworld Alliance Lounge, and the Star Alliance Lounge. This review will be for the LAX Star Alliance Business Class Lounge.

Before entering the Star Alliance Business Class Lounge at the Tom Bradley terminal, you will be greeted by an agent who will verify your boarding pass. If you’re eligible for First Class access, you will be directed to the LAX Star Alliance First Class Lounge which I’ve previously reviewed.

First Class, Business Class, and Star Alliance Gold members have access to the Business Class lounge. Etihad Airways Business and First Class customers are also able to use this lounge since Etihad doesn’t have their own lounge.

The Star Alliance LAX Business Class Lounge is ginormous large and reminds me of the square footage of the Turkish Airlines THY CIP Lounge at Istanbul’s Ataturk International Airport. There was plenty of seating available even though it looked busy.

The best part about the lounge is the indoor deck with additional seating and amazing views of the Tom Bradley International Terminal.

The buffet spread consisted of Lemon Herb Chicken with Brown Rice, Tomato Soup, Garlic Roasted Potatoes with Herbs, Apple and Almond Summer Salad, Chicken & Kimchi Banh Mi, and a Vegetarian Wrap.

There was also Assorted Cheese, Kettle Cooked Potato Chips, Assorted Crackers, Fruit Salad, Sugar Cookies, Whole Fruit, Caramel Apple Square, and a Toasted Coconut Ambrosia Salad.

The best part about the buffet spread was the noodle station where you can pick your noodle over broth and choose your toppings.

Beverages included a self-service soda fountain, champagne, hard liquor, and wine.

There was also a huge refrigerator full of bottled beer, assorted juices, and additional bottles of wine and champagne.

Since the lounge was so large, there were several standalone snack and beverage stations with a coffee machine, tea, hot water, cup noodles, savory snacks, and a mini fridge of juices and bottled beer.

Since I was super full from the Star Alliance LAX First Class Lounge, I decided to make my own noodles from the noodle bar which was delicious.
